 | My Band | Jul 4, '08 1:25 AM for everyone |
Since my site looks pretty lonely for having no new content since last year, I'm just posting this thing that everyone seemed to had done already. I'm not actually up to writing blog entries like before since school has been... well, let's just say I'm trying to be in Hermione mode but still I don't seem to push enough effort... oh well... enough emo stuff... I just want to post the info on my band... Procedure: 1 - Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2 - Go to Random quotations: http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3 The last four words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album. If you want to do this again, you'll hit refresh to generate new quotes, because clicking the quotes link again will just give you the same quotes over and over again.
3 - Go to flickr's "explore the last seven days" http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days/ Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4 - Go to http://www.randomwebsite.com/ The first ten links you end up in (minus the .com’s) are your 10 song titles.
My Results: 1. Band Name: Barnes Street What's weird is that I'm not one of the fangirls of Ben Barnes (I know a lot of them), and something like this comes. I prefer Will, actually... 2. Album Name: That We Cannot Do From: "If we attend continually and promptly to the little that we can do, we shall ere long be surprised to find how little remains that we cannot do." - Samuel Butler 3. Album Cover: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3162/2616645092_7e5721af96_m.jpg
 4. Song titles: a. Blog Widow b. Yab World c. E Dance d. Aveda Aveda e. Calorie Calculator f. Jellobung g. Vans h. Barbelith i. Tooth and Nail j. The Nation my songs are about, uhm, today's struggles... the album title alone dictates negativism... That We Cannot Do... it sounds like me and it's a bad thing... | IE Night | Nov 15, '07 7:49 AM for everyone |

Whenever we have a paper that's due for the start of the week, I am usually late for my Speecom class. That is only because I do nothing on weekends and cram into it in the morning. Di naman kasi nag-check ng attendance yung prof dun eh. You just need to write on the attendance sheet, di ka regarded as late unless you are so honest that you indicate yourself as tardy.
Results of my crammed work? Haha! The expressions set on me every time I receive my checked papers are priceless. I get high on them. There was even a time when my prof wanted me to read my essay infront of the class because, errr..., my paper is the only one that actually fit her expectations. I feel so weird. Should I always cram my work? Should I sacrifice my speecom attendance?

| | Bad trip ako sa Engcal1 |

| | After passing the Investigatory Project and getting my report card, this has been the first time I have visited the school as an alum... |
Finals week na... I would have to say that I still don't know if it is still possible if I would be able to pass my Engcal1 course. I know that I wasn't able to pass any of my quizzes. I know that I didn't do very well in my exam earlier. I know that I'm not very active in class discussions. Is there still hope? I don't wanna repeat that. But, again, I don't want her to pass me because of mere pity. I want to pass the subject because I can understand the concepts and actually apply them in the problems. I would find it difficult again to cope up with its prerequisite if I would pass the subject but not gain anything from it.

| | I'm so excited for the movie to come! |
